This goat’s cheese has the seal of approval of the ‘Fundación Española del Corazón’ (Spanish Heart Foundation) scientific committee. It helps improve bone density which is important in avoiding conditions such as osteopenia/osteoporosis. The regular consumption of this cheese helps maintain stable levels of C,A, P and D vitamins. It prevents lean muscle mass loss, promotes its development and also improves the cardiovascular disease risk profile.
How can we satisfy the needs of an experienced cheese maker who has already rejected many varieties of this great breakfast, lunch and dinner companion? Well, to try to solve this complex issue, Juan Carlos Rodríguez and Alfonso García, (two animal diet experts) set up Lodyn.
We know the qualities of a healthy cheese, and this is the first goat’s cheese with Omega 3 produced naturally by the animal and endorsed by the ‘Fundación Española del Corazón’ (Spanish Heart Foundation). It was created by a Spanish company, Lodyn, experts in agricultural engineering and animal diet.
The first healthy and non-flattening pure goats cheese with Omega 3 comes from Spain. It was created by Lodyn enterprises and is enthusiastically endorsed by the CSIC and the ‘Fundación Española del Corazón’ (Spanish Heart Foundation). What’s new is that the Omega 3 oils are naturally produced by the animal itself through its own milk and are not an additive.
Lodyn’s agricultural engineers are a small enterprise that have been working with animal nutrition for over 20 years and have developed the first pure goat cheese with Omega 3, produced naturally by the animal itself.
