Unlike other goat’s cheeses, LODYN has high levels of polyunsaturated fats and is also a natural source of omega 3 fatty acids. Lodyn has carried out nutritional intervention clinical trials at La Paz University Hospital in Madrid.
Pure goat’s cheese has a compact and creamy texture and is ivory white in colour, with a small number of irregularly distributed holes. It is exclusively made with goat’s milk produced by the animal itself, with a modified fatty profile, thanks to a controlled animal diet, without any kind of additives or added fats.
