LODYN-MILK METHOD

Without any added fish oils or fats

What is the Lodyn Milk Method all about?

The Lodyn-Milk method, consists of helping goats produce milk in a natural manner, rich in Omega 3 thanks to a controlled grass diet with an added patented feed, made with vegetable ingredients which are rich in this type of fat, flax seeds for example.

We thereby obtain our milk through a completely natural process.

Unlike other products that are rich in Omega 3, Lodyn pure goat’s cheese has no added fish oils or other kinds of fats, and is a pure cheese, made only from goat’s milk produced using the Lodyn Milk method.

Thanks to the Lodyn Milk method, we obtain a pure goat’s cheese with low levels of saturated fats, extra monounsaturated and polyunsaturated fats and high levels of Omega 3 fatty acids.

Furthermore, it contains a type of Omega 6/ Omega 3 at 1.1%, in contrast to an average of 7.19% in conventional goat’s cheese, taking into account that the goal is 4 or lower in terms of health.

These data are the result of a comparison with 5 conventional goat’s cheeses on the market.

Their regular consumption as a part of a low-calorie diet improves the lipid profile in obese individuals who are at risk of cardiovascular disease.
