Cheese made 100% with sheep’s milk of exceptional quality. The milk is raw, and it is enriched in a natural way, with less saturated fat and a high level of Omega 3 and Antioxidants (selenium), thanks to the fact that our sheep feed on grass and vegetable seeds rich in these nutrients. A natural process from start to finish that we have called the Lodyn-Milk Method.

  • Paste, texture and maturation:

This is our BLACK LABEL cheese. We have matured for 14 MONTHS this extraordinary artisan pure sheep cheese, made from raw milk and with a natural olive oil rind. Like good old cheese, its paste is hard and its texture is compact and brittle.

 

 

  • Colour, aroma and taste:

At first glance, its colour and rustic appearance already give evidence of its long maturation. It has an intense aroma. In the mouth, its initial lactic flavours grow in intensity, with strong allied notes somewhat spicy, with a little caramel sweetness and a lively and balanced acidity. Flavour with high intensity (5/5).

Shape: triangular wedge.

Net weight: 600g approx.

Presentation: it is presented vacuum packed, to guarantee its conservation and durability while maintaining the highest quality.

 

  • Recommendations:

It is a cheese with an intense flavour and hard paste, a faithful ally to provide the highest intensities in a cheese board. It is especially suitable as an ingredient in pasta dishes or as a starter.

  • Conservation and Shelf-life:

It should be kept refrigerated, between 2ºC and 6ºC. Its preferred consumption is 12 months from its date of manufacture. In online orders it is guaranteed that the cheese has at least 4 months of preferential consumption from its reception at home.
