Creamy and unctuous in the mouth, there is a great balance of rich creamy milk and a lovely gentle fresh acidity, which releases bright fresh citrus notes that are bringing a well judged, mild, fresh and clean tasting cheese. It is made following a 100% natural artisan style.
It is elaborated in a 330g piece format with a perforated paper wrapper that allows the penicillium (mold) to breathe as it evolves.
