Description

1 wedge of semi-cured goat cheese and 1 wedge of semi-cured sheep cheese: the goat cheese is pasteurized with a minimum aging period of 35 days. The sheep’s cheese is made from raw milk with a minimum aging period of 90 days. The taste of both is extraordinary. They are made with milk obtained from goats and sheep that are cared for and fed in an exceptional way so that they give the best milk, rich in omega 3, antioxidants and with less saturated fat. A natural process from the beginning to the end.

The goat cheese is recognized by the Spanish Heart Foundation, and both have less saturated fat and high levels of omega 3 and antioxidants (Selenium).

It is a natural source of Selenium (contributes to the protection of cells against oxidative damage).

Contains Omega 3 and CLA. 60g are equivalent to 32% of the recommended daily amount of Selenium and Omega 3.

Format:

This format is an adaptation for those consumers who want to try different varieties of cheese or who want to give a gift. The packaging is made of resistant cardboard and allows the product to be seen from the outside. The 2 wedges are vacuum packed, which guarantees their conservation and durability.

Recommendations:

They are very tasty cheeses, with which an incredible cheeses board can be made or they can be taken individually. It is recommended to take them as an aperitif or dessert, natural or combined with a variety of jams.

The pack includes 1 wedge of semi-cured goat cheese 200g (8-month shelf-life) and 1 wedge of semi-cured sheep’s cheese 180g (6-month shelf-life). Keep refrigerated. (More info in the technical sheet).
