Description

100% goat milk cheese with penicillium moldy rind. Its appearance is delicate and has a soft rind, with a characteristic aroma of goat’s milk. The pasta is soft and smooth, with a smooth texture and a creamy mouthfeel, showing citrus notes. Made with pasteurized milk obtained from goats cared for and fed in an exceptional way so that they give the best milk rich in omega 3, antioxidants and with less saturated fat. A natural process from the beginning to the end.

This product is recognized by the Spanish Heart Foundation, with its seal on the label, thanks to the healthy properties it has, forming part of the PASFEC program (Food and Health Program of the Spanish Heart Foundation).

It is a natural source of Selenium (contributes to the protection of cells against oxidative damage).

Contains Omega 3 and CLA. 60g are equivalent to 32% of the recommended daily amount of Selenium and Omega 3.

 

Format:
Cheese of 150g. Convenience and 100% recyclable packaging: innovative 100% biodegradable and compostable blister that complies with the European Standard EN13432, which regulates the Requirements of containers and packaging that can be recovered through composting and biodegradation. Made from corn compost resin, it can be thrown in the organic container and is completely transformed into natural elements in 6 months under composting conditions. Unlike a paper wrapper, it protects the cheese from external damage and once that it is opened, it allows easy re-storage in optimal conservation conditions.

Recommendations:
Delicious naturally or in combination with jams or seasonal fruit. It is an ideal ingredient in salads, pizzas, or sandwiches.
