Cheese made 100% with goat’s milk of exceptional quality. The milk is pasteurized and is enriched in a natural way, with less saturated fat and a high level of Omega 3 and Antioxidants (selenium), thanks to the fact that our goats feed on grass and vegetable seeds rich in these nutrients. A natural process from start to finish that we have called the Lodyn-Milk Method.

Lodyn Roll of Goat Cheese
Paste, texture and maturation:
It is one of our best products, a 100% goat cheese roll with moldy rind (fungus penicillium). Its paste is soft and smooth, with a creamy texture. It is matured during 10 days with optimal temperature and humidity conditions that guarantee an exceptional product.

Colour, aroma and taste:
Its appearance is delicate, with a soft and a white snowy rind. Its has a characteristic aroma of goat’s milk. The flavour discovers creamy mouthfeel, showing citrus notes, with a medium intensity (3/5).
Roll of Lodyn Goat Cheese
Shape: whole cheese of cylindrical shape.
Net weight: 1Kg approx.
Presentation: It is presented in a blister that protects the cheese from external damage and, once started, allows it to be easily stored in optimal conservation conditions.
This roll of goat cheese is delicious alone, or in combination with jams or seasonal fruit. An ideal ingredient in salads, pizzas or toasts. We recommend keeping it refrigerated until just before eating. It is a great cheese with personality that allows you to enjoy a delicious taste with the advantage of also having healthy properties that make it unique.

- Conservation and Shelf-life:
