100% goat milk cheese with a minimum curing of 35 days. With white colour and a clean and fresh looking. Pleasant texture, firm but creamy. It has a slight acidity characteristic of goat cheese and citrus notes, with a mild milk aroma. With a fresh and young lactic taste that combines with the initial taste as it settles in the mouth. Made with pasteurized milk obtained from goats cared for and fed in an exceptional way so that they give the best milk rich in omega 3, antioxidants and with less saturated fat. A natural process from the beginning to the end.
This product is recognized by the Spanish Heart Foundation, with its seal on the label, thanks to the healthy properties it has, forming part of the PASFEC program (Food and Health Program of the Spanish Heart Foundation).
It is a natural source of Selenium (contributes to the protection of cells against oxidative damage).
Contains Omega 3 and CLA. 60g are equivalent to 32% of the recommended daily amount of Selenium and Omega 3.

The cheese is vacuum packed, which guarantees its conservation and durability.
Its taste is extraordinary, providing originality and freshness on a cheese board. It is especially indicated as an ingredient in salads, with pasta, desserts or in combination with seasonal fruits.
