Cheese made 100% with goat’s milk of exceptional quality. The milk is pasteurized and is enriched in a natural way, with less saturated fat and a high level of Omega 3 and Antioxidants (selenium), thanks to the fact that our goats feed on grass and vegetable seeds rich in these nutrients. A natural process from start to finish that we have called the Lodyn-Milk Method.

Paste, texture and maturation:
It is a semi-cured goat cheese which has been aged for at least 35 days with optimal temperature and humidity conditions that guarantee an exceptional product. Its paste is compact, with a pleasant texture, firm but creamy.
Colour, aroma and taste:
This cheese stands out for its white color with a clean and fresh appearance, with a soft aroma of milk. Its flavour has a slight acidity characteristic of goat cheese with certain citrus notes. It is buttery and rich on the palate, with a fresh and young lactic flavour, which combines with the initial flavours as it settles on the palate, having a medium intensity (2/5).
In addition to being delicious, it has less saturated fat, it helps you balance cholesterol and prevent inflammation. That is why it is recognized by the Spanish Heart Foundation. More info

Presentation: it is presented vacuum packed, to guarantee its conservation and durability while maintaining the highest quality.
Its flavour is extraordinary, providing originality and freshness on a cheese board. It is delicious alone, and is especially indicated as an ingredient in pasta dishes, salads and desserts. We recommend removing it from the refrigerator and its packaging in sufficient time to warm up before consuming it, and eating it without the rind. It allows you to enjoy all the flavour of a good cheese while taking care of your health.

- Conservation and Shelf-life:
It should be kept refrigerated, between 2ºC and 6ºC. Its preferred consumption is 6 months from its date of manufacture. In online orders it is guaranteed that the cheese has at least 4 months of preferential consumption from its reception at home.
