100% sheep’s milk cheese: delicious artisan sheep’s cheese made from raw milk with natural rind and with a minimum aging period of 90 days. A creamy and fresh looking cheese. with an intense aroma. Sweet savoury notes join with a sweet milkiness. On the palate, the paste is gentle and milky initially, an then it switches character, growing in intensity, savoury and allied with a bit of caramel sweetness and a lively balanced acidity. Milk obtained from sheep cared for and fed in an exceptional way so that they give the best milk rich in omega 3, antioxidants and with less saturated fat. It is a cheese that, in addition to being tasty, has less saturated fat and a much higher nutritional value with high levels of Omega 3 and Antioxidants (Selenium).
