Cheese made 100% with sheep’s milk of exceptional quality. The milk is raw, and it is enriched in a natural way, with less saturated fat and a high level of Omega 3 and Antioxidants (selenium), thanks to the fact that our sheep feed on grass and vegetable seeds rich in these nutrients. A natural process from start to finish that we have called the Lodyn-Milk Method.

Paste, texture and maturation:
It is an artisan semi-cured sheep cheese, with a natural olive oil rind, that we mature for at least 90 days in our chambers, with optimal temperature and humidity conditions that guarantee an exceptional product. Its paste is compact, with a pleasant texture, firm but creamy.
Colour, aroma and taste:
A creamy and fresh looking cheese. with an intense aroma. Sweet savoury notes join with a sweet milkiness. On the palate, the paste is gentle and milky initially, an then it switches character, growing in intensity, savoury and allied with a bit of caramel sweetness and a lively balanced acidity. Flavour with high intensity (3/5) with an upward trend.

Presentation: it is presented vacuum packed, to guarantee its conservation and durability while maintaining the highest quality.
Its flavor is intense, adding personality to any cheese board. It is especially indicated as an ingredient in pasta dishes or as a dessert. We recommend removing it from the refrigerator and its packaging in sufficient time to warm up before consuming it. It allows you to enjoy all the flavor of a good raw milk artisan cheese while taking care of yourself.

- Conservation and Shelf-life:
It should be kept refrigerated, between 2ºC and 6ºC. Its preferred consumption is 12 months from its date of manufacture. In online orders it is guaranteed that the cheese has at least 8 months of preferential consumption from its reception at home.
